Ajax delivered the Everest leadership simulation for Tank as a high pressure decision making experience designed to reveal how leadership behavior shows up when time is tight, information is incomplete, and risks are real. Everest forces teams into sequential tradeoffs, tests escalation discipline, and surfaces the hidden patterns that usually hide behind “we had a good meeting”: slow decisions, unclear ownership, competing priorities, and risk either ignored or over analyzed until it’s too late.

The simulation was followed by a structured debrief that converted insights into operational decisions, then supported by practical tools and strategic consultation to tighten planning, follow up, and management reporting routines.
