Ways of Working (WoW) Improvement, Lean Six Sigma Project, Process Enhancement Consulting
Ajax supported Kraft Heinz with a Ways of Working improvement initiative designed as a Lean Six Sigma driven project, focused on tightening execution and reducing the everyday friction that quietly drains delivery performance. The engagement treated “how work flows” as a measurable system, not a set of preferences, starting from real pain points on the ground and translating them into clear critical requirements for speed, quality, and decision flow.
The work typically centers on mapping the end to end workflow, surfacing where delays, rework, approval loops, and unclear ownership are happening, then redesigning routines that make execution predictable. That includes lightweight governance, clearer decision rights, standard work for recurring activities, and a practical operating rhythm that makes progress visible and easier to sustain. Capability enablement is built in so the new WoW can be run internally without dependence on external facilitation.
Significance: faster and cleaner execution flow, reduced rework and back and forth, clearer accountability across functions, and a WoW system that makes delivery more predictable under real business pressure.
